Matthew Roush entered the sign business shortly after high school and purchased New Era Signs in 2020. A lifelong resident of Macon, Illinois, he’s been in the sign industry since 2006.

As the company President he’s very active in the daily business as the head salesman.

Matt’s favorite part of the job at New Era Signs has been guiding his company's growth and providing safe and secure jobs. In his spare time, he enjoys hunting, selling houses as a realtor, and spending time with this wife and three children.

Donny Koehler came to New Era Signs with an extensive background in sign service and installation. He has been in the sign industry since 2014 and co-purchased New Era Signs in 2020.

He has full oversight of the service and installation operations to ensure New Era Signs is successfully accomplishing customer service satisfaction.

A lifelong resident of Macon, Illinois, Donny adores spending time with his wife and two children. He is also an avid dirt car racer at Macon Speedway.

New Era Signs opened their doors October 15 of 2010. Aaron saw an opportunity to do something that would give him the ability to help create an aesthetic value within his community.

The challenge of doing something new and fresh, and seeing an idea come to fruition gets Aaron excited about his work.
